GOOD BUY / BAD BUY COMES TO AUSTIN

Local realtor and Leander Chamber Ambassador Lisa Brooks with Smart Source Realty in Cedar Park, Texas, was recently filmed with buyer, Sarah Snyder for an upcoming show on HGTV called Good Buy/Bad Buy.

With Sarah’s choice being narrowed down to two properties, one in Leander and one in Cedar Park, Sarah was really at a standstill in choosing which property was the right property for her.  Each property had many qualities that Sarah liked.  Was there a downside to either property?  Which property will she choose?  Stay tuned for HGTV’S new series GOOD BUY/BAD BUY.
